Westflight Ltd is the UK Distributor for one of Germany’s largest manufacturers of Solar PV mounting systems. In 2011, mp-tec from Berlin used their Quick-Line mounting hardware on more than 65MWp of Solar PV installations. Quick-Line is a modular mounting system concept utilising a wide range of aluminium and stainless steel components to suit every type of location from conventional roofs to large scale ground mounts.
A range of base profiles provide the solution to any type of panel and support structure with clear spans up to 7 metres if required. An ingenious selection of hooks and brackets complete with fixings enable fast, very secure and watertight location of the system onto any kind of roof including slate, tiles, corrugated sheeting and built up membranes. Innovative clamping mechanisms permit extremely accurate and fast array build up with the added bonus of anti-tamper fixings to deter would be thieves.
For all accredited Solar PV installers, Westflight offer a fully integrated service which can include part or all of the following:
- Analysis of your survey results
- Design of both the mechanical and electrical sides of the proposed system
- Production of a costed bill of materials
- A comprehensive graphical report to show your customer
When you secure your customer’s order we can either deliver the material you need direct to site, or your premises, or alternatively you can collect it from our warehouse by arrangement.
